What's included in the standard rental?
Standard rentals include 4 hours of event time plus 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup (5 hours total). Additional hours can be added at an hourly rate.
What is the hourly rental option?
Only available for Real Hulk Soundstage (small venue). You can book up to 3 hours at $130/hour with no setup or cleanup time included. Perfect for shorter events.
How do I pay for my booking?
After your booking is approved by our staff, you'll receive a secure payment link via email. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Can I visit the venue before booking?
Yes! Contact us to schedule a venue tour. We'd love to show you our spaces and discuss your event needs.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to fees. Contact us for specific details.
